Sponsorship FAQ
What are times for set up and tear down?
Monday: Table set-up can begin at 4:30 pm. The poster session will begin at 5:00 pm and end at 7:00 pm. Materials can be left at the table overnight if desired, but NEABA and the conference center are not responsible for items left. Tuesday: Table set-up can begin at 7:30 am. Registration will begin at 8:00 am. Tables may be taken down between 1:00 (end of lunch break) and 4:00 pm (end of conference).
How do we register?
Please fill out this form by 3/15/24 to become a sponsor at the 2024 NEABA Conference.
What is provided during the event?
Organizations will be provided with one table with two chairs. You can bring your own table cloth and materials to share with conference attendees. Sponsorship does not include entrance to the conference or any food/beverage. Parking information and directions will be sent via email two weeks before the event.

What are guidelines for sponsors?
We strive to create welcoming and inclusive environments. Please treat everyone with dignity and be respectful of others' opinions, thoughts, and behaviors. During presentations, please be thoughtful of the speakers by keeping conversations minimal and quiet. Before leaving the conference, please check the ensure that the table space is left clean.
How are sponsors approved?
The NEABA Executive Board reserves the right to deny any sponsor or advertiser application. NEABA limits sponsorships and advertising privileges to organizations that deliver or facilitate behavior-analytic services and have a consistent evidence-based practice philosophy. If your organization form is not approved by the Board, you will receive a full refund. If concerns arise during the conference, sponsors may be asked to leave the conference immediately and/or will not be permitted to attend the conference the following year.
